Daily Duties at The Vanguard Group:
Supervises a team of brokers responsible for managing client accounts on mutual funds, stocks, bonds, CDs, and other regulatory issues. Creates and implements policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Forges partnerships/relationships with Corporate Compliance, Legal, VBS Business Risk Management, Pershing and other industry contacts to validate policies and procedures. Implements informal training programs. Tends to and resolves elevated client issues.
