Daily Duties at Rehfield Properties:
• Set up company’s and subsidiary investor/owners’ books, accounts, financial statements, general ledger using Manage-It software • Conducted Month-end’s including G/L review, journal entries, and financial statement preparation • Reconciled account and bank statement and prepared journal entries as required • Created, prepared and implemented all procedures for the accounting department • Prepared all 1099’s and payroll documents • Prepared and filed all company tax returns • Filed all legal documents for all associated LLC ‘s • Lexington Apt. Assoc. – Board of Directors, Legislative Committee Chair • Instructed module courses for apartment association leasing and management staff • Advanced Instructor Training – National Apartment Assoc. Educational Institute (NAAEI)
