Daily Duties at Plan C Consulting:
Conducted and designed 5 complete communication audits to assess client's capacity and performance of communication technologies and organizational communication needs. Supported 3 organizations (15-30 employees) during a period of 6-8 months through coordination and implementation of strategic corporate communication plans focusing on the integration of technology. Developed and delivered 12 different technical training workshops designed to help managers and other employees adapt to the daily use of emerging communication technologies. Created and led 8 different professional training courses designed to maximize employee performance applying organizational development principles. Non-technology topics included organizational leadership, generations at work, change management, teamwork, emotional intelligence, conflict management, diversity, and organizational culture.
