Daily Duties at Essar Steel Ltd:

 Worked as engineer and responsible for shut down and maintenance activities in the areas Electrolytic Cleaning Line, Batch Annealing Furnaces, Wet Tempering mill, Slitting & Inspection Lines, Shearing lines and Hydrogen Plant.  Part of Daily Routine Maintenance Inspection, Preventive maintenance, Break down maintenance of various Hydraulics & Pneumatics equipment like Valves, Actuators, Rotary & Reciprocating Pump, Hydraulic Motors, Heat Exchangers, Compressors, Gearbox and Brakes.  Involved in quality circle projects for the reduction in cost and down time of the machineries.
