Daily Duties at Knight:
Directed Operations, Managed an operations team consisting of 6 office employees and 100 + driving associates. Provided overall leadership and supervision for customers, driving associates, driver managers, customer managers, and planners. Planned managed and directed the daily operations to increase revenues and decrease costs through P&L statements. Also directly managed 30 drivers along with being operations manager. Filled in if any office personnel were absent. Responsible for trailer inactivity. Responsible for hitting production of 2500 + miles per truck per week and revenues of $3000 per truck per week excluding fuel sir charge. Maintain empty miles under 10%.
