Deliver expert consulting, planning, and leadership in listing and selling residential properties for residential and commercial clients within New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Deploy analytical, interpersonal, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to identify and achieve client goals while ensuring high-level seller/client and buyer/customer support and satisfaction. Direct all phases of real estate purchase and acquisition, including representing, marketing and showing properties; coordinating and negotiating contracts; arranging site inspections; and, communicating with mortgage lenders, attorneys, engineers, appraisers, buyers and investors
