Daily Duties at Video And Telecommunications:
Supervised a team of 7 and assisted Billing, Customer Service, AP, warehouse and inventory with troubleshooting issues; contract modifications, contract close out, reconciling account statements and billing issues. Managed sales revenue and cost analysis tracking requirements. Generate financial and monthly reports of receivables/payables, credit card accounts, contract status, cost over-runs, task orders and purchase orders for the CEO. Maintained and filed IFF reports on a quarterly basis for various GSA schedules. Maintain warehouse inventory status/records of import and export shipments, interface with shipping company for customs clearances.Negotiated with vendors for "best possible pricing." Applied analytical and management skills daily in dealing with a variety of contracts including Firm Fixed Price, Time and Material, Services, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Dealer and Agent Agreement, Teaming Agreements, and BPA's.Provided leadership and a positive work environment to maximize employee productivity.
