Daily Duties at Super Target:
Primary owner and champion of driving sales, freshness, in-stocks and great guest experience in food. Managing the day-to-day operations of food executives and teams. Recruiting and developing talented team members, providing honest feedback, mentoring and recognition. Meeting presentation standards, staying in stock and control production to maintain freshness. Maximize service levels, meet payroll and acheived expense control; maintain shrink below department goals.
