Started a bank teller and was promoted several times. The regional leader in SBLI annuity sales. Opened new accounts and processed consumer loans. Projected a high level of customer service. As a result I was chosen to be a mystery shopper and helped to implement the banks new customer service initiative. I was one of the top performers in originating first mortgage products. As a result I was put in a special program to learn FHA and CHFA mortgage products.
