 Accounting Department Management: Supervise all aspects of accounting  Financial Statements  Cash Management  Budgeting and Cash Projections  Job Cost Accounting  Profitability Analysis  Tax Planning and Strategies  Banking: Coordinate banking needs and reporting requirements, and participate in loan negotiations with many financial institutions.  Insurance Program: Manage bids and risk assessment establishing parameters to obtain high coverage at low premiums.  .Securities Portfolio: Monitor and report return of investments, capital calls and distributions and serve as liaison with investment brokers regarding sophisticated investments such as hedge funds, private equity, other alternative investments, stocks, bonds, and retirement assets.
