Experienced independent processing of malpractice claims and lawsuits, including database establishment and entry, coverage verification and analysis, records retrieval and review, indemnity and expense reserve determination, investigation and research of allegations, evaluation of findings to recommend an appropriate claim disposition, coordination and management with legal counsel for cases in litigation, retention and coordination of independent consultants and experts, negotiation to resolution, case disposition including closing paperwork, processing and filing of Medical Malpractice Payment Reports, and file disposition.
