Daily Duties at St.John's University :
Direct teaching to undergraduate students which will be preceding studies in a medical health field. • Assist students with interactive biology tutorials to improve the professional preparation for their professional science a medical career. Graduate level lab rotations conducting experiments in: • Carcinogenesis dedicated laboratory. In vitro analysis on P53 tumor suppressor gene probe using hybridization, southern blot, PCR, agarose gel electrophoresis, SDS to analyze the gene expression. • Cloning, DNA sequencing, PCR, SDS electrophoresis, and others techniques used.
