Daily Duties at Morphochem,Inc:
Performed all standard and advanced DNA-RNA manipulations such as DNA and RNA purification, cloning, various PCR-based methodologies, including colony PCR, site-directed mutagenesis, sequence analysis .Performed enzymatic manipulations with DNA , Direct Dual-Bait Yeast Two-Hybrid System and Reverse Yeast Two-Hybrid System • Expressed recombinant proteins in various heterologous systems including bacteria, yeast and mammalian cells • Prepared protein extracts from bacterial, yeast and mammalian cells • Performed immunoprecipitations; kinase assays, SDS-PAGE • Performed Coomassie Blue staining and Western Blotting for protein detection • Developed ELISA assays for protein detection • Developed various Luciferase-reporter assays in multiple mammalian cell lines
