Daily Duties at Hoffmann La Roche:
#1 I was responsible for profiling peptides in cell--‐based assays adipocyte :lipolysis assays,cAMP assays(SAR development;potency/selectivity)and conducting exploratory basic research on the actions of these peptides in adipocytes. #2 I was assigned responsibility to develop the primary cell-based assay to screen the compounds generated by our Medicinal Chemistry colleagues.
