Daily Duties at Open Range Communications:
Manage and support critical service and assurance functions by providing technical and operational support for Customer Service, Network Operations, Engineering and Technology, Finance and Management. Manage the operational and technical aspects of service delivery and CPE fulfillment, VoIP provisioning and ISP services capability, and the associated supplier/partner relationships. Managed the installation and implementation of Contact Center infrastructure; Installation of Avaya contact center platform and adjunct systems: Verint call recording, CMS reporting, Call Center Express, IVR and CRM integration with SalesForce.
