Daily Duties at First American Title Company:
Hand selected for this position, rated at top 5% of peers. Supervised the accurate creation of all types of escrow documents. Also responsible for training new hire associates. Extensive data entry and quality control supervision, constant communications with high-level executives nationwide. Supervised a staff of 7, and required to run all human resource duties as well as workflow and production for the night shift. Responsibilities also included the day-to-day operation of the Distribution Center with a separate staff of 7, customer and client contact, supply ordering and expenditure, bill payment and analysis, inventory control, employee reviews and hiring interviews, in addition to running all human resource duties as well as workflow and production for the division.
