Daily Duties at Jp Morgan Chase (Home Finance):
Responsible for managing, coaching and mentoring a team of 11 Mortgage Consultants (Loan Officers) in meeting personal and department goals and standards. Responsible for training and coaching team in order to increase product knowledge as well as assist team with performing at their peak in production and funding’s. Responsible for balancing ample coverage on phone lines for my team in order to ensure low call abandonment and good conversions of calls with relation to application penetration. Working closely with colleagues in (Processing, Underwriting, Closing and BC Partners)in order to ensure high pull-through penetration for fundings. Responsible for all customer escalations with relation to my Sales Team. Lead in the Home Loan Direct Emerging Markets & Spanish Initiative project which assisted borrower’s with guidance that enabled them to achieve their homeownership dreams. Handled all payroll, vacation and medical benefits for my team.
