Daily Duties at Pinnacle Financial Corp:
Assisted the President and Vice President of the Division and fellow managers with all aspects of opening up the Tampa mortgage branch from the ground up. This consisted of, but is not limited to the hiring of 40 employees, signing on vendors for office equipment, soliciting 3rd party mortgage related vendors for relationships, training of lead generators (telemarketers), worked closely with our corporate office in order to assist with training and recruiting of new staff. Assist Relocation/Affinity Manager with seeking new Business to Business relationships in order to generate additional sources of volume for the Sales force.
