Daily Duties at Private Arts Institution:
Responsibilities included managing chief curator’s day-to-day affairs as directed (schedule, travel arrangements, correspondence). Liaising with a variety of publics: administrative (insurance, vendors, institutions, etc.) and artists. In addition, project managing tasks including record keeping, event management, and exhibition logistics as set by the curator (fine art storage, shipping, maintenance of archive). Personal assistance to curator as directed.
