Maintained full accountability for managing overall operations of BPO Procurement Practice with focus on Print, Promotional Marketing and Direct Mail. Partnered with CEO to build and expand client base to achieve significant profitability and recognition in the marketplace. Responsible for all BPO related print production operations, personnel, budget, sales and marketing, and client relations.
