Daily Duties at Bp:
Tracked and monitored $28M budget of committed costs and overall capital expenditures. Approved all invoices for outside services, i.e. contractors and vendors. Single point of contact for IT, Facilities, Finance, Security and Moving functions. Focusing on policies and procedures, created all communications affecting employees. Hired, trained, supervised, evaluated, and delegated duties to a team of 10 administrative assistants. Created and led work group to support all administrative needs for 50 managers including document creation, event/meeting planning, expense processing and travel plans. Administered office supply and maintenance budget; managed service contracts, office equipment and vendor relationships; interacted with IT manager on purchasing IT hardware/software; and assisted Internal Audit Director. Maintained global address file updates; and implemented a Six Sigma approach to internal customer service.
