Daily Duties at Innerworkings, Inc:
Maintain full accountability for developing and executing key strategies for the organizational tactical BPO Procurement Practice. Direct all aspects of project and policy design and implementation for strategic sourcing, managing of client initiatives, and resource planning/allocation. Train, mentor, and supervise a cross-functional team of Junior Executives and Directors, with strong focus on boosting productivity. Perform in-depth market research and competitor analysis on issues regarding pre-award requirements including vendor suitability, financial stability, system capabilities, advance notification, consent to subcontract, and EEO regulations.
