Daily Duties at Ecolab:
•Purchase order processing of office supplies and material requests. *Follow-up on order status, backorder review and management, expediting incoming orders, and assessing late order arrival times. As needed, follow-up with vendors to secure status of deliveries, and where applicable-negotiate a more timely delivery. •Work closely with engineering, quality assurance and receiving. •Assist in the resolution of pricing/invoice discrepancies. •Maintain supplier and vendor management relationships.
