Daily Duties at Simple Mobile:

Original Vice President responsible for establishing and managing policies and procedures for: Human Resources, Benefits, Customer Service, Revenue Assurance, Accounting, Finance, Billing and IT. Managed IT and third party vendors (billing, network, SMS aggregator, long distance provider) implementing technical systems and supporting operational procedures. Directed the development, implementation, testing and operations of all systems, including enhancement and change management. Developed technical functionality to bill customers and generate commission. Built internal Customer Care department, implemented third party Customer Care facility. Managed all finance and accounting processes including establishment of general ledger chart of accounts, A/R, A/P, payroll, corporate insurance and employee benefits
