Daily Duties at Ford Motor Credit / Primus Automotive Financial Services. Franklin,Tn.:

Responsibilities included daily supervision and training of staff as well as training and rapport building among on-site vendors. Duties included authoritatively providing on-going support and mentoring to all staff, while achieving set goals of cost reduction as well as other stringent budget initiatives. I served on various committees to complete and implement cost cutting as well as process improvement initiatives. I was nominated several times and did receive a coveted company-wide (CSIA) Customer Satisfaction in Action Award nominated and voted upon by my peers in 1999. I was also responsible for writing desk procedures for multiple positions and establishing company guidelines in various departments for numerous job titles. My experience extends beyond project management and includes human resource management, auditing, financial and budget analysis, hiring, employee relations, talent management, organizational development, termination, employee evaluations, payroll administration, staff supervision, diversity training, negotiating pricing and procurement among multiple vendors and suppliers in addition to participating on cross-functional teams in order to assist in resolving on-going corporate challenges. This position serviced 33 regional offices in the U.S. and 4 regional offices in Canada. I worked in 5 departments holding 7 positions total during my 8 year tenure; training and developing more than 100 employees and developing desk procedures for multiple job titles. I served on a special audit team to solve general ledger out of balances as well as to reorganize and restructure many departments in order to discover and implement cost cutting solutions, companywide for various departments, while initiating creative processes to prevent future possibilities of departmental errors and redundancies.
