Responsibilities included oversight of projects from inception of accepted bid through the entire process of multi-million dollar budgeted projects including many multi-state (DOT) Department of Transportation projects. This position required collaborating with executives in multiple inter and intra company departments including project architectural staff as well as accounts payable, receivable, payroll and accounting project management staff, supervisors and Vice Presidents. This position reported directly to the Controller of the accounting department while co-reporting to multiple Architectural Vice Presidents. Additionally, training, employee development and organizational development to allow for departmental growth as well as creation of desk procedures for multiple job titles was required.
