Daily Duties at Justin Osteen, Llc:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Support, oversight and review of all corporate projects. Primary analysis involves monitoring Management Consulting Survey Reports. This position requires an expertise in salary compensation for senior level management and all other levels of employees within for-profit and non-profit corporations while specializing in assisting clients regarding compliance with internal revenue codes in the non-profit sector as they relate to compensation and salary administration. This position requires senior project management skills as well as a knowledge of financial analysis, statistics and statistical report preparation on an expert level to create thorough and accurate information from which clients may extrapolate and process given information according to their own corporate guidelines regarding compensation and salary administration. Individual clients include small and large non-profit organizations with receivables up to and over 100 million dollars annually. Responsible for all aspects of human resources to include recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training, talent management, employee evaluations, organizational development, termination and employee relations as well as compensation and benefits.
