Daily Duties at Dcca & Associates:
Determination of Client’s needs as agreed by the Executive either for training, conversion to microfinance bank, Process review and improvement. Researching to assist in formulation of Microfinance Policies; Analysing tasks and deliverables and measuring our strength in meeting the client’s objective; Determine which expertise we need to co-opt for the completion of the assignment; Carry out the engagement and submitting reports.
