Responsible for the care of all residents in the assisted living, independent living, and dementia units Administered medications and treatments Supervised the nurses aides and licensed practical nurses Evaluated staffing needs and made adjustments when necessary Developed assignments and organized shift activities Made rounds on all patients and reported clinical changes Answered emergency calls within the area of supervision Administered disciplinary action when necessary
