Daily Duties at Llanfair Retirement Community :
Responsible for the care of all residents in the convalescent center, assisted living, dementia unit, and independent living Administered medications and treatments to a team of 20 residents Supervised nursing aides and licensed practical nurses Evaluated staffing needs and made adjustments as needed Developed patient care assignments and organized shift activities Administered disciplinary action when necessary Made rounds on all patients within the convalescent center and notified the following shift and physician of clinical changes Answered emergency calls from all buildings within the complex
