RN case manager for Ohio Workers Compensation MCO Coordinated services through assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation to meet financial, medical, vocational, family, and psychosocial needs of the client with the goal of a safe and timely return to work Initiated and maintained communication with the injured worker, employer, provider, Bureau of Worker's Compensation, and third party administrator Assessed appropriateness of the level of care, diagnostic procedures and clinical intervention. Performed utilization review for all treatment requests. Monitored cost and effectiveness of rehabilitation plans.
