Provided worker's compensation/disability case management services for a national account Performed initial review and assessment of case information and objectives Evaluated all information related to current treatment plan to identify barriers, determine realistic goals, seek possible alternatives, and coordinate care and successful return to work Screened provider medical information for medical necessity and appropriateness Acted as consultant, advisor, and resource person for the adjusters Functioned as liaison between the adjusters and providers Fulfilled responsibilities as lead case manager, assigned claims, acted as liaison between the customer and Concentra.
