Coordinated service delivery for members of the Medicaid population, focusing primarily on behavioral health, adult medical-surgical conditions, rehabilitation, and pain management. Assessed physical and psychological factors. Performed utilization review regarding treatment requests and concurrent review for inpatient hospital admissions as needed using evidence-based criteria. Responsible for knowledge of benefits systems, cost benefit analysis, and DRG's Responsible for knowledge of case management concepts Responsible for knowledge of community resources
