Daily Duties at Staples:
Supervised a staff of 50 salaried and hourly assocaites in both sales and opertionas functions. 70% of of time was spent on sales floor training and observing sales assciates behavior and interaction with customers. Ensured store was merchandised properly, plan-o-grams were set properly and receeing functions were handling properly. Handled all recruiting, hiring, couseling and termination.
