Daily Duties at Avaya:
Avaya April /01 to January /02 Telecommunications Sales Executive Successfully sold PBX, Call Center, Unified Communications, IP Telephony, Ethernet Switches, and Wireless systems to large accounts. In four months achieved 126% on a $1.8M quota. • Customers included Magellan Health, Carefirst, Sinai Hospital, North Arundel Hospital, Anne Arundel Hospital, BGE and many smaller accounts. • Magellan Health made a decision to move from its current mixed environment, mainly Nortel PBX to Avaya over the next few years and they will be benchmarking Avaya Ethernet switches vs. Cisco for VoIP (voice over IP). Avaya’s Advocate software will manage 45 call centers. One of ten downsized in January 2002.
