Daily Duties at Icsi Int'l Computer Services:
ICSI – International Computer Services, Inc. Jan.2005 to July 2008. Managed Services Company and partners of major vendors such as Microsoft, Dell, Citrix and Level Platforms. As the only sales and marketing resource I helped owner build a technology company that focuses on small and medium sized local businesses and is now known as Annapolis Geeks. Under contract ICSI provides remote and onsite technical professional services helping companies maintain their computers, servers and networks. Signed over 30 local businesses including Chesapeake Eye & Laser Center, Advanced Equipment and others. ICSI is a small business and as a result I was involved in all aspects – operations, scheduling, accounting, customer care along with sales and marketing. Supervised 1 – 4 telemarketers.
