Daily Duties at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage:
The primary responsibility is measuring , controlling and monitoring operational risk and quality of service. This will be performed through monthly inspections or call monitoring. The individual will be concerned with limiting exposure due to risk such as those resulting from human error, transaction, fraud and processing and communications with customers. Once evaluations are complete and necessary actions have been taken, the Auditor will continue to monitor this risk to ensure they are kept at acceptable levels. Expert knowledge of company Policies and Procedures, FHLMC,FNMA, FHA/VA investor guidelines, and state and federal compliance. Execute test plans Participate in monthly calibration meeting with internal departments and make meaningful contributions regarding gaps in quality and consistencies in scoring Provide proactive suggestions on how to improve the teams execution against its operational objectives Provide reports outlining monthly scores and top issues by area Work with training to improve awareness within the organization to promote a quality-driven culture
