Daily Duties at Eli Lilly And Company:
Lilly had many leased locations. Initially, the department was primarily concerned with only US locations. I was responsible for the offices known as Elanco, Government Affairs and miscellaneous warehouses. For the leases I was responsible for, the base rent either remained the same or increased minimially from negotiations. With the assistance of attorny's I also reviewed each of the leases.
