Daily Duties at Seneca Healthcare District:
Myself as RN was responsible for total patient care. Duties include admission, discharge, transcribing physicains orders, discharge planning, medication administration, patient hygiene, assessment, nursing diagnosis. Daily chart audits, point of care lab testing, preping patients for surgery and procedures assisting, supervise and assist with long term care patients. Stocking, admiting patients to hospital data system, out patient procedures and assisting in ER.
