Supervised 4-6 full time and 9 weekend Oklahoma Air National Guard transportation personnel by providing senior logistics leadership in human resource development, training, facility management, and leadership development services encompassing assessment, customer service, strategic and tactical planning,leadership effectiveness, performance management, awards and recognition and full team development and facilitation.
