Daily Duties at 147th Reconnaissance Wing:
Supervised 3 to 6 full time and 21 weekend Texas Air National Guard Distribution Section personnel by providing a full range of transportation human resource development, training, facility management. Including leadership development services encompassing assessment, customer service, strategic and tactical planning, leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, performance and promotion management, awards, recognition and full team development and facilitation. Has a Security Clearance.
