Daily Duties at Media General:
Expedited customer requests for ads, processed ads, proposals for classified advertising via phone and walk-ins on a constant basis. Worked with multiple calls per day. Opened office for work requirements, greeted customers, gathered information from and for files and data sources. Consolidated info and /or data into standard format. Prepared summary type reports and numerical calculations to verify accuracy of data. Kept records up to date for supervisor on a meticulous and regular basis. Composed & prepared routine correspondence. Operated office equipment/use computer & related to generate correspondence, used Excel and other documents, entered data into databases. Set up and maintained file system according to requirements of employer. Team player and able to work individually.
