Daily Duties at Weis Markets, Inc.:
• Order and maintain store inventory • Developed and implemented merchandising plan for the store • Responsible for store conditions and appearance, both the sales floor and the warehouse area • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers, vendors and staff • Control labor hours and other expenses for the Grocery Department • Work with file clerk to ensure accurate pricing • Hiring and training of store personnel • Conduct new hire orientations, including OSHA and Hazardous Materials training • Plan weekly work schedules
