Daily Duties at Jlg Industries:
• Process semi-monthly payroll for salaried employees and weekly payroll for hourly employees using ADP Payforce • Post payroll journal entries as well as adjusting entries as needed • Reconcile payroll accounts to ensure accurate flow to corporate cash accounts as well as accurate employee W-2’s • Provide reports to various departments using Crystal Ad Hoc and Defined Data Sources Reports • Register the company with state governments for tax payments including unemployment and income tax
