Daily Duties at Vantas Inc. :
Organized payments of leased office furniture, equipment, and temporary staffing. Coordinated workflow, resolved internal/external AP issues and reconciled AP subsidiary account to general ledger and process any adjusting entries. Reviewed and analyzed artist and producer contract files, account information, statement data, and other pertinent information affecting the royalty calculations and reporting. Performed month-end account analysis for all accounts reviewed and approved invoices for payment. Approved and posted batched invoices to general ledger. Reconciled printed checks to invoices for approval by senior management. Managed and maintained telecommunications and security deposits accounts. Processed voided checks and reissued invoices into AP system. Approved & reviewed vendor checks for appropriate supporting documentation, coding and proper authorization (2000 checks per month).
