Daily Duties at Harry Fox Agency:

 Conducted periodic audits of the financial records for manufacturers within the music industry and managed pre-audit research duties to determine any estimated audit claims.  Performed fieldwork examinations and interviews which include implementing various audit procedures and testing tools (i.e., researched, analyzed, reconciled, and evaluated all financial data to calculate multiple audit claims). Generated audit reports, correspondence and spreadsheets for outstanding audit claims and reviewed, reevaluated and responded to manufacturer’s rebuttal reports.  Assisted management to attain settlement of audits by reviewing royalty statements to ensure compliance with agreements.  Managed and provided internal data for external auditors and assisted in the analysis in the audits process.
