Processed and executed project design and construction documents in a clear and concise manner for all projects phase, per the Project Reference Manual and per the parameters of design, budget and schedule as set by the owner. Researched and reviewed building code issues and regulation analysis of project as prepared by local, state and federal. Coordinated with engineering consultants. Coordinated specifications for all disciplines, including specifications of engineering consultants. Reviewed the design development probable cost for Technical Services review and approval. Coordinate any changes to project documents. Prepare close-out packages. Prepared applications for permits and submit documents as required. Prepared addenda during the bidding period, and prepare bulletin/clarification drawings during the construction period. Construction Administration organization and distribution of shop drawings to the engineers and the contractor. Responsible for coordination, accuracy and completeness of documents. Respond to client requests in a timely manner.
