Managing the distribution and organization of the construction administration documents. Preparing “Life Safety” and “Plumbing Fixture Count” information and calculations for various projects. Researching and reviewing building code issues and regulations of project as prepared by local, state and federal agencies. Preparing applications for permits and submit documents as required. Preparing interior finish boards and other displays for presentations. Presenting reports to clients, designers, and/or project teams. Managing resources and track expenses. Performing quantity take-offs for estimating. Compiling bids from subcontractors for when bidding on projects. Developing departmental documents and resources. Instructing training classes.
