Daily Duties at Broadridge (Adp) Clearing And Outsourcing Services, Inc., :
• Updated the status of the daily claims reports of ADP Clearing clients • Contacted clearing houses on claims that rejected or removed from ACATs, and resubmitted rejected or, removed claims • Processed asset transfer requests forms for cash and transfer-in-kinds (mutual funds), and mailed forms along with the correspondence letters to various financial services companies for processing • Followed-up with financial services companies about the status of cash and mutual funds that were not received, and book-entry (DTC) cash and mutual funds that were received, but have not been credited into the clients’ account
