Fulfill the Triad of Teaching/Service/Research by teaching graduate-level courses in administration and leadership (specifically Foundations of Educational Leadership, Organizational Management, Human Relations and Collaborative Processes, Instructional Leadership – Supervision and Professional Development, School Community Relations, and Developing and Managing Human Resources as well as a Tests & Measurements undergraduate class), serving on and chairing various committees including the select committee, NCATE Long Term Planning Committee, mediation team, and serving as The University of Southern Mississippi Liaison for the Mississippi Association for Middle Level Education as well as conduct research leading to publication in refereed industry journals. I collaborated with a local school district to place Tests and Measurements students in high-stakes testing situations proctoring the Mississippi Curriculum Test in accordance with No Child Left Behind.
